We want you to be totally satisfied with your Lit nails! If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email us at info@litgels.com with your order number and the reason for your return along with any photos that may be helpful. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Not applicable in final sales.
