Order Processing

Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

To keep international shipping as affordable as possible, we currently offer international shipping for nail strips only. International orders are flat-packed and sent via USPS without tracking.

Because our standard nail strip packaging contains components that cannot be sent using this flat-mail format, international orders may be opened and repackaged before shipment to remove rigid or bulky packaging components. The nail strips themselves remain unused.

Please note that international flat-mail shipments do not include tracking, and delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination and local postal service.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges that may be assessed by their destination country.
